A balance is easier to trust when the group can see where it came from. Qayro links shared amounts back to reviewed receipt items and allocations. Recipients can confirm their share through the browser, so the organiser has a clearer record than a chain of messages or a hand-edited note.

For recurring household bills or repeated group expenses, the goal is consistent organisation: identify the expense, agree the split, and record when people say they have settled through their chosen method.

Qayro is not a payment provider

Qayro never sends, receives, holds, or converts the group’s money. A settlement status records what the group says happened elsewhere. It is not bank verification, payment protection, or proof that funds arrived.

• No payment account credentials are required.
• No card or bank credentials are stored as product fields.
• Recipients do not need a Qayro account.
• Private group links are excluded from public search indexing.

Current availability

The organiser experience is designed for iOS and the recipient experience runs on the web. Public feature descriptions are kept separate from private bill and trip pages so search engines and AI systems can learn what the product does without accessing customer data. Product availability is defined by the current App Store release.
